On Sunday, August 19th, we were honored to hold an historic celebration as Jewish and Christian voices came together in support of Israel.
Thank you to all our guests from the local Jewish community who attended and to the multiple organizations who offered their support and solidarity for this event. The night was truly a memorable occasion of rejoicing, remembrance, and unity! Keynote speakers David Brog and Terri Copeland Pearsons moved the audience with their inspiring words of love for Israel and the importance of coming together on Israel's behalf.
We were honored to have Dave Sorter, Managing Editor of the Texas Jewish Post, in attendance on the night. View the TJP article about the event here.

What our Jewish guests said:
As a member of the Jewish Community in attendance last night, I was blown away by the warmth and friendliness of your congregation and congregants. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful and important event. I look forward to seeing the growth of the seeds you planted last night and the fruits of those plants for many years to come. As they say in Israel, Kol HaCavod!
Thank you so much for giving so much of yourselves and your community to open a door of love and support to Israel and the Jewish people. It was transformative for me as a Jew to feel so embraced with such genuine interest and hope.
It was an amazing event, I'm an Israeli who currently lives in the USA was happy to find out that the State of Israel and the Jewish people have so many loving friends. Thank you for a great evening.
I had a wonderful time tonight at "Night to Honor Israel"...it has been years since I've heard some of those songs! Being Jewish is an honor for me and I’m glad I can say it made me feel connected to something that I thought I may have lost. So thankful for my heritage! Thank you again! My Grandfather would have enjoyed it tonight!
Friends, tonight's event was sublime. It was honest, heartfelt, thoughtful, beautiful, replete with emotion and love, and a fantastic surprise. I am so thankful I attended and learned so much about your community and what you stand for. An extra shout out to the upbeat and helpful volunteers who were so warm and welcoming. I am truly impressed with all that you did, and the uber-professionalism of the event. THANK YOU and Shalom.
